What is your delivery area?
Delivery is available within 35 miles of Bartenza studio -44149- and is based on availability and will incur a delivery fee. Delivery outside that area is available but will incur additional fees. Late-night pickup will incur an additional fee.
Can neon signs be placed outside?
They are meant to be indoors but Yes - they are waterproof and can be placed in dry outdoor spaces but they are not made to withstand inclement weathert. Should bad weather or wind become an issue, we may have to make a difficult call to deny outdoor placement for safety reasons. Bartenza has final approval on all placement.
Do your marquee letters and neon signs require power?
Yes. They all require power- one standard 120V power outlet.
All signs come with a 3-6ft* clear cord that is plugged into the power adapter which has another 3-6ft* of clear cord. You may need an extension cord Bartenza does not supply extension cord.
What if my sign breaks? The renter assumes full responsibility for items upon possession. If an item is returned damaged or not returned at all, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to client.
How do we book?
Send us an email or call 440-376-5610 to book. Reservations require a 50% deposit with signed contract. The balance of your invoice is due 4 weeks prior to your event date.
